FOKIS is the “Friends of Kai Iwi School” group. We are predominately made up of parents and teachers. Our aim is: to provide fabulous fresh new ideas that benefit all children, teachers and parents in our community, to make our school the best school for our children to attend.

We love to help supplement school trips, organise discos for our children and look for ways to support the school.

Any new suggestions on what we can do are always welcome and we invite you to join FOKIS at our monthly meeting –the second Wednesday of every month (this will be noted in the School Newsletter) in the school library. It is a fun evening (and yes we provide nibbles and hot drinks, BYO wine☺). So come down, bring some fresh ideas and be part of the FOKIS group.
